How To Survive With Coronavirus

The pandemic disease i.e. COVID19 started from the month of February and now it`s already been spread to the whole globe with increasing  number of patients and deaths, that has already took the entire world and it`s countries like Asian, Europeans and united Arab countries, which have taken decisions intentionally by keeping the law and order situation in mind and on a serious note, under supervision of government and military  have decided and it is implemented by closing borders and putting citizens under lockdown in a bid to contain the new coronavirus outbreak, labelled a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO).As more of us are told to stay at home and to stay safe with our loving one`s, in order to get ourselves away from virus by taking small precautions. Especially concerns rise for our safety and the safety of our loved ones, it becomes more important that how we can survive with co-operation of our lifestyle with Coronavirus?

There are several survival schemes or plan which everyone should follow on daily basis, till the pandemic gets over or finished. We can protect ourselves and our health by taking safety measures like washing our hands till 20 seconds by anti-bacterial soaps thoroughly. You can also cover your face by soft wipes or piece of cloth, when you have dry cough, sneeze or suffers from cold. Firstly visit a doctor in this harmful condition. Then comes the temperature, which can infect you in corona days but you can counter it via ingesting paracetamol, even if it does not works then confirm your symptoms by proper checkup and screening test should be done.

Avoiding touching your eyes, nose when you have severe cough or flu and secure your hands by shaking with each other or hugging your friends and relatives can obviously transmit to each other in this terrifying condition. You can survive by maintain social distancing by yourself only through not contacting or meeting your guests who comes at your place. Clean your hands via sanitizers and those objects which you touches frequently. According to the statement of WHO, the most common symptoms of COVID-19 are fever, fatigue and a dry cough. Some patients may experience aches or inflammations and pains, nasal congestion, a runny nose, sores in throat or diarrhea quickly. Current estimates of the growth period, which is the amount of time between infection and the onset of symptoms is about range from one to 14 days. Most commonly the infected people show symptoms probably within five to six days .However, infected patients can also be asymptomatic, not displaying symptoms despite having the virus in their body haven`t discovered yet. The elderly, those with underlying medical conditions - such as high blood pressure, heart problems, liver, kidneys  or diabetes mellitus issues  with those who are immunocompromised, are more likely to develop serious sickness.

At least 14 days are recommended for a self-quarantine for a single person or if they have confirmed coronavirus testing positive, then isolation is the best option., while the duration of a lockdown depends on the decision of a local government and executive staff of army Given the probability that more people around the world will be housebound or house packed, preparing one`s home for that eventuality is an increasing concern. Among the things to be stocked includes Non-perishable foods including shelf and stable beverages, sauces, pasta, pulses, rice, cereal and crackers, and dry goods including tea, sugar, and coffee and of course chocolates with snacks.  There should be basic medical supplies including counter medications like pills, syrups to alleviate possible symptoms to be carefully treated.  Which, in mild cases, has become very common among people, if they are leaving homes for purpose are arising with the symptoms of the common cold. Medicines for fever, congestion, and cough are highly recommended. It is also important to keep a one-month supply of prescription medication on hand in case getting to a pharmacy to get it refill becomes difficult.

Cleaning and hygiene essentials needs would include soaps for handwashing, bathing, anti-bacterial and viral detergents laundry and cleaning, as well as disinfectants to keep surfaces clean at homes, offices or public places. It also includes some important and some creative activities that can be undertaken within the leisure time at home, whether a list of books to read or an entertainment or exercise subscription that can be done under schedule without going out. The WHO has acknowledged the crisis can cause increased levels of anxiety and advised recently that people who are feeling stressed avoid reading, watching and listening to news extremely.

Then comes the mosquito bites perhaps there is no evidence showing COVID-19 can be transmitted by mosquitoes,  according to the WHO .Spraying yourself with alcohol or chlorine Spraying sanitizers alcohol or chlorine all over your body because you think you were infected will not kill the coronavirus . Alcohol or a chlorine solution can be used to purify surfaces either by using bleaches or phenyl and hand-sanitizers do have a relatively high percentage of alcohol, but the use of these substances has to be according and specifically on hands and feet`s, for safety recommendations .Snow and cold weather. There is no evidence available to show that cold weather can kill the new pandemic coronavirus. In fact, there is no evidence relatable showing that hot weather can do that, either. All you ca do is that

Eating Garlic is a healthy, aromatic food that is touted for its antimicrobial and culinary properties. But there is no evidence that eating garlic has protected people from the coronavirus, so this may be included in failed hack while surviving in Corona according to the WHO. Drinking water is good to wash lungs but, there is no scientific evidence that supports consuming large volumes of water at short intervals can help individuals flush the virus into their digestive tract. Taking dosages of antibiotics only work on bacteria, not on viruses. To date, there is no specific medicine recommended to prevent or treat the new coronavirus, but the observations and treatment are still on pending including vaccines.
